Pumpkin Muffins
Recipe:
2 C. of flour
1/2 C. of brown sugar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
2 eggs
1 15 oz can of pumpkin
1/2 C. of avocado oil
1 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
*Preheat your oven to 350!
Directions:
First mix together your dry ingredients, and then in a separate bowl, mix together your wet ingredients! Carefully add the wet mixture to your dry ingredients and blend well! Don’t overmix.
Line your muffin tin and pour your batter into the cups!
Place in preheated oven for about 30-45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean!
Cool and decorate as desired! I used cream cheese frosting and chocolate frosting on mine, but you can use whatever you want!
