This is so much easier than flipping pancakes!
2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 c all-purpose flour
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c butter
Heat oven 400. Place stick of butter in baking dish and let melt while making pancake mix.
In blender or mixing bowl add the remaining ingredients (milk, eggs, vanilla, flour, and sugar. Pour pancake mixture over melted butter and let back for about 30 minutes until pancake puffs up and is nice and golden brown around the edges. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
This dish would is also great with a hint of lemon and topped with some nice seasonal fruit!
