Homemade- Sugar- Donuts



Easy Sugar Donuts





1 2/3 cups-APF

3 tbsp-Sugar

1/2 tsp-Salt

1 tsp-Instant Yeast

1/2 cup-Whole Milk/Fresh Milk

3 tbsp-Butter(melted)

1 Egg

(Sugar for coating)


Oil temp. at 160 C (320F)

Easy Sugar Donuts




1. Mix milk, butter & egg and set aside

2. Mix apf, sugar, salt & yeast and add wet ingredients and mix well with spatula

3. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic

4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover and let it rise for 1 hour or until double in size

5. Divide the dough into 12 equal sizes and form into small balls, let it rest for 10 minutes

6. Flat the dough using your palm and make a hole using your finger (you can also use donut cutter), cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes

7. Fry donuts at medium heat (oil temp. at 160 C) fry for about 45-50 seconds each side/until golden brown

8. Coat your donuts with sugar
