Peanut Butter Balls

 

 

Ingredients :

Makes about 50 or so

1 1/2 c Peanut butter
1 1/4 c Butter- room temp
6 c Powdered sugar
1/2 c Boiled custard

 

 

 

 

Directions:

mix until cookie dough like

ball and freeze

Melt chocolate chips with shortening and dip frozen on balls into it with a toothpick.

Use a fork and slide it off toothpick and onto a silicone mat/ parchment paper.

Melt pb chips with shortening. Drizzle. Place in freezer. Keep refrigerated.

(I also freeze 1/2 the on balls to make more later. )
