Fruit Cake Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter room temperature
4 eggs slightly beaten
3 cups flour
1 Tablespoon baking soda dissolved in 3 Tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon allspice 1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 oz whiskey or brandy extract

Directions:

Mix well Add
2 pounds of chopped pecans or walnuts
1 lb candied pineapple
1 lb candied cherries
1/2 box white raisins (8oz)
Drop by teaspoon or small ice cream scoop on a greased cookie sheet
Bake 250 for 20-25 minutes.
