1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup oil of choice (I used olive oil)
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup gf flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup melted chocolate
1 cup mini marshmallow
Whisk two eggs then add in your maple syrup and oil.
Combine and add in your cocoa powder, gf flour and baking powder.
Stir and melt you chocolate.
Slowly add melted chocolate in and mix together.
Line a 8×8 brownie tin and place mixture in it.
Top with marshmallows. Bake on 350F for 55-60 minutes
